Rishihost has knowledgeable and experienced staff to assist clients in the
administration and maintenance of their server accounts. You will receive
engineering-level support, not a generic response from a manual.
Our responsibility with the reseller accounts rests with the server side. We
will ensure smooth functioning of server and we will help fixing any server
side issues. If a client faces problems like using his/her control panel or
in setting up an email account or ftp account etc, we will not give support
as it is pretty straightforward and we supply very elementary manual and
other documentation for that purpose. Your company (as a reseller) is
responsible for that kind of support to your clients.
Price Match Guarantee:
If you find an established company in India offering a price lower than
ours, we will beat that price. Please contact sales department with the
correct URL showing the price and the contact address of that company. We
will not price match with companies offering low cost solutions with a
reputation for poor support or fly by night companies.
